Icon Hotel - Santiago

the location was good, just next door to the metro station and santiago 5 and easily accessible. besides, it was around 5 mins walk to araucano park. there were very clean beds and a laptop safe, a mini-bar, and central heating in the deluxe room.

It was in a nice and perfect location that close to tourist attraction. Besides, we were not far from shops, Santiago 5, and park and mall.

The Icon offers wonderful views & is in an excellent location in Las Condes - it's close to transport, shops, malls & restaurants. The team members at Icon were fabulous - everyone was always smiling, helpful, friendly & courteous. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you Team Icon!

great food, excellent service and gorgeous view of the setting sun. quiet and relaxing rooms with a mini bar, a flat-screen tv with cable channels and climate control. hypo-allergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed.

Very bad bathroom.

I loved staying at icon! The room had amazing panoramic city views, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were super nice and helpful. I enjoyed the rooftop restaurant with its great vibe. It's close to local attractions, and the pool area gave a lovely, tranquil escape.

The Deluxe King Room was fantastic, with a super comfy bed and stunning views from the rooftop. I loved unwinding at the rooftop pool and the spa's relaxing treatments after a long day. Only downside was a bit of a wait for maintenance due to an alarm issue, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

The overall ambiance at Icon Hotel is beautifully modern, with spacious common areas that are easy to navigate, ensuring comfort for seniors. I particularly enjoyed the amazing panoramic views from the rooftop bar, made for a lovely evening setting.

Mixed Experience with Room for Improvement

Our three-night stay featured a charming ambiance, but we faced significant challenges. Air conditioning failed to cool the room, leading to sleepless nights. The terrace dining area was lovely, yet it needed better organization to accommodate pool loungers.

Found the location perfect, just a short walk from the metro. The views from my room were fine, with the Andes visible from my window. Staff greeted me warmly each time I passed through the lobby. The rooftop area was beautiful. It had a great vibe and the food offered there was delicious. On the downside, the early check-in went poorly. I had informed them in advance but was met with an abrupt response. The pool area often felt crowded, and I struggled to get a sun bed during the day, which wasn't what I expected for a hotel at this level. The air conditioning was too cold in the room. Adjusting it didn't help much. Service could be inconsistent at times, especially in the pool area where I felt ignored. Housekeeping did miss a few details on cleanliness, like replenishing basic amenities. Still, the overall warmth of the staff made a difference.

The views at the hotel were fantastic, especially from the outdoor pool area on the 23rd floor. It's also well-located near the metro. The restaurant service was quite disappointing, leading to a less than ideal dining experience.
